• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harass, abuse, or harm another user
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Upload malicious software, worms, or harmful code
• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

5.1 For Employers

Employers posting listings agree to provide accurate information about positions, requirements, and compensation (if applicable) and to comply with employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations.

5.2 For Job Seekers

Job seekers agree to provide truthful information in profiles and applications. We do not guarantee employment or the accuracy of third-party postings.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by MBAroles or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., profiles, resumes, postings). By submitting content, you grant MBAroles a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Certain services may require payment. By purchasing paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Provide accurate billing and payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MBAroles AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MBAroles and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Delaware courts.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
